Terms of use

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Introduction

Caribe car rental NV provides this website, alamo.cw (the “Site”), for the benefit of its affiliates and their licensees or franchisees operating the Alamo Rent A Car system (“Alamo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The Site is provided for your use subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms of Use carefully.

By accessing or using the Site, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not access or use the Site.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. You should review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Updates will be indicated by the “Last updated” date displayed at the top of this page. Unless otherwise stated, all changes become effective immediately upon publication and apply to subsequent use of the Site.

Purpose of the Site; Reservations and Transactions

We provide the Site solely to assist you in viewing available vehicle rental options and submitting reservation requests.

Use of the Site does not guarantee that a vehicle will be available, that your reservation request will be accepted, or that an existing reservation will not be cancelled.

Vehicle rental agreements are entered into exclusively at the applicable rental location between the customer and Caribe car rental NV, its affiliates, licensees, or franchisees. A vehicle rental agreement is not entered into solely through the use of this Site or the submission of a reservation request.

All reservations and transactions submitted through the Site are subject to our acceptance, which is exercised at our sole discretion. We may refuse to accept or may cancel a reservation or transaction, whether or not it has previously been confirmed, where permitted by applicable law.

Unless you have selected a prepayment option, if available, we will not be liable to you or any third party for refusing or cancelling a reservation. Reasons may include, without limitation, vehicle shortages, inventory constraints, operational circumstances, safety issues, or manufacturer recalls.

You may cancel a reservation in accordance with the cancellation conditions presented during the reservation process. Cancellation fees or other charges may apply when you select a prepayment option, promotional rate, or another rate subject to specific cancellation conditions.

Use of the Site

We maintain the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Site for another purpose is permitted only with our express prior written consent.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not:

  1. Use the Site or its content for unauthorized commercial purposes, including by distributing, transmitting, reproducing, or publishing its content.
  2. Interfere with another person’s use of the Site.
  3. Impair the operation of the Site or interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to it.
  4. Infringe or interfere with our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of another party.
  5. Frame, mirror, or otherwise co-brand the Site or any part of its content without authorization.
  6. Deep-link to any portion of the Site in a manner that is unlawful, misleading, or harmful.
  7. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
  8. Use automated systems, scraping tools, robots, or similar technology to access or collect information from the Site without our written permission.
  9. Use the Site for fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited purposes.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or restrict your use of the Site without notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Use, applicable law, or the rights of another party.

Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant service provider or authorities and take any legal action available to us.
